At JKFlavours, we are dedicated to delivering your orders swiftly, safely, and with the utmost care. Our shipping process is designed to ensure that your products reach you in perfect condition and within the committed timeframe.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns through reliable courier partners. For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery timelines may vary.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is packed and dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.

  • Remote Areas: May take up to 8–10 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather, lockdowns, courier service disruptions, or high demand.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional service charge.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number along with the courier partner’s details will be shared via email/SMS. You can track your order through the provided link or on the “My Orders” section of our website.

6. Delivery Attempt

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package twice. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us.

  • Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept the delivery and report it to us immediately at support@jkflavours.com with your order details and images.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our service to global customers in the near future.
