Return Policy

At JKFlavours, we are committed to delivering quality food products and spices with the highest level of freshness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are handled under specific guidelines as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, leaking, or expired upon delivery.

  • The wrong item has been delivered.

  • There is a quality issue with the product (subject to verification).

  • You report the issue to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase and visual evidence (photos/videos).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Opened or used food products.

  • Products without original packaging or seal.

  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.

  • Bulk orders or special discount items unless defective.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product.

  3. Our team will validate your claim within 2–3 business days.

  4. If approved, a return pickup will be arranged or you will be advised on the return procedure.

  5. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.

4. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we offer a free replacement for defective or damaged items. Replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days of return confirmation, subject to stock availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they are not yet packed or dispatched.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
