Refund Policy

At JKFlavours, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide premium-quality products, carefully packed and delivered with utmost care. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which refunds can be requested.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product is received in a damaged, defective, or expired condition.

  • The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the item ordered.

  • The product is missing from the package upon delivery (subject to verification).

  • You notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To initiate a refund request, the customer must provide valid photo/video evidence of the issue, along with the order ID and invoice copy.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.

  • Products opened, tampered with, or used.

  • Delay in delivery due to force majeure, natural disasters, or courier issues.

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved by our Quality Assurance team:

  • A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original mode of payment.

  • If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be required to share valid bank account details for NEFT/IMPS refund processing.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with minor packaging defects that do not affect product usage.

  • Orders with multiple items where only one or more products are defective or missing.

5. Cancellation & Order Modification

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not been packed or dispatched.
