Exchange or Return of Goods

At JK Flavours, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, you need to return or exchange a product, we provide a hassle-free process in line with consumer protection laws.

Return Policy:

If the product is of good quality, customers have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt.
To ensure this right remains valid, the product must be kept in its original condition and packaging. If any item is opened or slightly used, it may still be eligible for return, provided there is no damage caused by the customer.

Conditions for Return:

We are unable to accept returns if any of the following components are missing:

• Complete original packaging and product;

• Original invoice or purchase receipt from JK Flavours;

• Any applicable warranty information;

• Clear documentation of defects (in case of damaged or incorrect items).

Refund Processing:

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed as per current legal and financial guidelines. The refund may take a few business days depending on your payment method and bank processing time.
